Doug Gonder ,President of Norcope, has grown the company since 1983 specializing in delivery of customer needs with over 36 years hands on experience in the

Industry. His vision carries over from his fathers civil business following the same heavy civil industry. Norcope started with seasonal gold mining and when prices declined moved into the civil construction sector.

With a very small crew and within a short time  Norcope grew 100% per year and today to include 50 employees,  adding  a concrete division, and a highway truck stop.

Norcope has the ability to build almost any size/value contract. We are again entering into the gold mining industry and have many diversified ideas leading into the future.

 

Sharon Ness -  Account Manager

Sharon oversees all accounting divisions of for both projects and daily operations.
She has been a key part of our team since 2016.

 

Kyle Gonder – Lead field supervisor with over 10 years civil contract delivery, in house estimating, and construction management.
Kyle’s hand on experience ensures quality delivery project to project.

 

Brenda Gonder – General Manager

Overseeing both revenue and costs in all divisions as well as our human resources department.

 

 

Norcope employs 25 full time personnel and up to 30 additional seasonal workers per year. We are very pleased to have had long term staff very dedicated to delivering

each project with quality services, meeting management expectations and goals.

 

Our shop and service department is a very important part of the operations keeping equipment maintained therefore preventing downtime on any project. They are the heart of all operations.

Brings 10 years of service with Norcope overseeing mechanics and our fleet of equipment.

 

Dave Lavoie – Lead service/ heavy equipment mechanic

And has worked with Norcope more than 25 years.
