For this air terminal building, Norcope's project scope included removal and installation of sewerage and sanitary pipes, removal and replacement of manholes, removal of asphalt and concrete paving, removal of existing stairs and fence, installation of construction fence and concrete roadside barrier, common excavation, preparation of granular sub base and base course, and hot mix asphalt pavement.. The project cost was $1 million CAD, and we completed this project within 3 months.
The most critical parts in this project were installing 222 meters of chain link fence on the aircraft side of the terminal, and installation of oversized 3000 mm diameter manholes.
