Mountain Air Estates Project

Surface works, and deep and shallow utilities were Norcope's job here. The project scope included clearing and grubbing, earthworks, preparation of the building pad, granular sub-base and base course, installation of manholes, sanitary sewer and water system with service connections, hot mix asphalt pavement, water flow-meter with chamber, and electrical works. The project cost was $1.5 million CAD.
Parallel work with another contractor in a confined working space made progress a challenge; but Norcope completed this project on time within 5 months.
